About the role
Analyst - Business Analytics
Location - Hyderabad #LI Hybrid
About the Role:
We are looking for a Business Analyst, Digital Marketing who is a guide in exploring like customer, content, channel, and web to effectively lead client to provide data driven practical insights.
You will work closely with the collaborators along with the analytics team and other departs to design solutions and/or methodologies to create impact along with a keen focus on operational efficiency.
Key responsibilities- Understand Key Business Questions and translate the problems into appropriate analytical frameworks that deliver the expected impact.
- Design and develop analytical solutions appropriate to the collaborator requirements to answer key business questions.
- Work closely with project manager to define the algorithm, break down the problem into execution steps and run the analysis.
- Develop and maintain regular analytics work and meet quality standards, timeliness, compliance, and excellent user experience.
- Statistical/ modelling knowledge (supervised and unsupervised), ability to transform data to insights, good data visualization/reporting skills.
- Experience of working on business analytics, data analytics, data engineering, BI reporting etc.
- Relevant work experience in building statistical models such as logistic regression, time series forecasting, ARIMA etc. using Python, Rstudio, Pyspark, TensorFlow.
- Experience in sophisticated analytics in pharma domain such as promo mix modelling, switch analysis, clustering etc. using various data sources

Role Requirements
Essential Requirements:
- Strong problem solving, business analysis and quantitative skills
- Understand principles of Data management, Digital Analytics, Channel Performance measurement, Omni-Channel Engagement, and Insights generation.
- Provide support to the business teams through adhoc analyses that may be needed to facilitate brand strategy/direction.
- Generate hypothesis, analyze results, drive conclusions and articulate implications of advanced customer analytics results for collaborators.
- Passion for customer service and relationship building along with constructive collaboration in a dynamic work environment.
Desirable Requirements:
- Experience in pharma digital analytics will be preferred.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to instill confidence with internal stakeholders and clients.
