JOB LOCATION - UMARDA, UDAIPUR RAJ.


As a Woven PP Manufacturing Supervisor, will play a crucial role in overseeing and managing the production processes related to woven polypropylene (PP) products.

primary responsibilities will include leading a team of production workers, ensuring the quality and efficiency of manufacturing processes, and maintaining a safe and organized work environment.


Key Responsibilities:

Team Leadership:


  • Supervise and lead a team of production workers, providing guidance, support, and direction.
  • Foster a positive and collaborative work environment, promoting teamwork and effective communication.

Production Oversight:


  • Monitor and manage the daytoday manufacturing operations of woven PP products.
  • Ensure production schedules are met while maintaining high standards of quality and efficiency.
  • Implement and optimize production processes to enhance overall productivity.

Quality Control:


  • Implement and enforce quality control measures to ensure the production of highquality woven PP products.
  • Conduct regular inspections and audits to identify and address any quality issues promptly.

Resource Management:


  • Manage and optimize resources, including manpower, equipment, and materials, to meet production goals.
  • Coordinate with maintenance and logistics teams to ensure smooth operations.

Problem Solving:


  • Proactively identify and address any issues that may arise during the manufacturing process.
  • Collaborate with relevant teams to troubleshoot and implement effective solutions.

Continuous Improvement:


  • Identify opportunities for process optimization and efficiency improvements.

Qualifications and Requirements:


  • Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in a supervisory role within a woven PP manufacturing environment.
  • Indepth knowledge of woven PP production processes, machinery, and quality control measures.
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent problemsolving and decisionmaking abilities.
  • Familiarity with safety regulations and best practices.
  • Effective communication and teambuilding skills.

Salary:
₹22, ₹25,000.00 per month


Schedule:

  • Day shift

Experience:

- total work: 5 years (preferred)


Ability to Commute:

  • Udaipur, Rajasthan (required)

Ability to Relocate:

  • Udaipur, Rajasthan: Relocate before starting work (required)
