Position Overview:

Responsibilities:

Create visually appealing graphics, images, and videos for our social media channels, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and others.
Develop engaging multimedia content such as GIFs, animations, and short videos to capture audience attention and drive engagement.
Collaborate with the marketing team to conceptualize and execute creative campaigns and promotions across social media platforms.
Design and produce eyecatching social media assets, including profile banners, cover images, and social media ads.
Ensure brand consistency and adherence to brand guidelines in all social media designs and content.
Stay updated on emerging social media trends, features, and design tools to continuously improve the quality and effectiveness of our social media content.
Monitor and analyze social media performance metrics, such as engagement, reach, and conversion rates, to optimize content strategy and improve results.
Work closely with copywriters and content creators to align visual and written content for maximum impact.
Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines in a fastpaced environment.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, Multimedia Design, or related field.
Proven experience as a Graphic Designer, Social Media Designer, or similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing creative social media designs and multimedia content.
Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and Premiere Pro, as well as video editing tools.
Deep understanding of social media platforms and their respective design requirements and best practices.
Excellent visual communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas and concepts through visual media.
Strong attention to detail and a passion for creating visually stunning designs that resonate with target audiences.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment, as well as independently with mínimal supervision.
Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Experience with photography and photo editing is a plus.

Salary:
₹15, ₹25,000.00 per month
