Roles and Responsibilities:

Conduct immersive training sessions covering the MERN (MongoDB, , React, ) stack, providing handson experience and practical insights.
Design and develop comprehensive training modules, incorporating realworld projects and exercises to enhance practical skills in
Full Stack Development.
Stay current with the latest industry trends, integrating updates into the curriculum to ensure trainees receive relevant and uptodate knowledge.
Assess trainees' performance, providing constructive feedback to foster continuous improvement and skill enhancement.
Collaborate with the curriculum development team to enhance training materials, aligning content with industry needs and
advancements in Full Stack Development.
Stay informed about emerging technologies and methodologies related to MERN Full Stack Development, infusing new insights into the training program.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Full Stack Developer with expertise in the MERN (MongoDB, , React, ) stack.
Solid proficiency in MongoDB, , React, , JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and related technologies.
Adaptive teaching methods to cater to different learning styles, fostering an inclusive and dynamic learning environment.
