1. Excellent knowledge of Tally ERP 9 or Tally Prime.- Excellent knowledge of all types entries and closing of books of accounts.
- Responsible for Monthly/Quarterly/Yearly account closure and preparation of Final account.
- Keep tracks of Accounts Payable & Receivables.
- Banking works like Cheque/cash deposite, issue of cheques etc.
- Bank reconciliation, debtors/creditors reconciliation, internal company reconciliation.
- Handling petty Cash Records.
- Making vouchers as per expense.
- Prepare Salary Statement, PF Account, Daily wages for Worker temporary staff salary, contractual staffing salaries.
- Knowledge of GST/TDS, accounting and filling of respective returns.
- Good experience in auditing and making effective internal audit procedures.
- Stock taking, stock statements, Inter store stocks transfer.
- Hands-on experience with auditing, journal entry, sales cycle.
- Responsible for generating GST invoices to customers.
- Independently liasoning with statutory Auditors.
- All assignments related to the accounts and finance department.
