    Role:
    System Administrator


    Job Description:
    We are seeking an experienced System Administrator to join our fantastic team and enhance the user experience while handling system administration tasks concerning Server Administration such as patching, resource allocation, and hardware/software monitoring.

    Experience: 1 to 3 years in System and Network Administration required.



    Skills:
    - Windows/Linux Server Administration
    - Cloud Server (Azure/AWS)


    Education:
    Any Graduate


    Location:
    Hyderabad


    Roles and Responsibilities:
    • 1+ to 3 years' experience in or understanding of supporting Windows/Linux Servers
    • Computer Hardware & Networking knowledge
    • Windows/Linux OS Installation and troubleshooting
    • Network Printer and Antivirus installation, Basic Software installation
    • Process management, monitoring of users and services
    • DNS, FTP, Domain Controller, Active Directory, SSH knowledge
    • Disk management, File permissions, User and group administration
    • Experience with Physical and Virtual servers and Console management
    • Mail Servers knowledge
    • Gsuite, Office 365, Outlook configuration
    • Server/Website migrations knowledge
    • Various systems knowledge including desktop PCs, servers, network equipment, software applications
    • Operating Systems Installation, Ms office, Open office, Ubuntu OS, mail server, outlook configuration
    • Troubleshooting internet/Mail server/web servers/Ubuntu OS/proxy/open office/printer configuration
    • Troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
    • Overseeing system performance, troubleshooting issues
    • Creating backups, safeguarding data during hindrances
    • Monitoring, maintaining network servers like file servers
    • Troubleshoot Active Directory, GPO, Active Directory Federated Services, password/identity management
    • Experience in enterprise distributed computing environment, including Directory Services Infrastructure architect/design/support
    • Web Hosting knowledge
    • IIS, Apache, Nginx, Control Panels like cPanel, Plesk, Direct Admin
    • Server Tweaking, Hardening, vulnerability fixes knowledge
    • Disaster Recovery Procedures, Spamming, DDoS, Hacking Issues understanding advantageous

    Soft Skills:
    • Good Team player
    • Able to work independently in shifts for customer support
    • Cloud services management like Azure, AWS beneficial
    • Source code management (DevOps) understanding beneficial
    • Shell, PowerShell scripting experience advantageous
