Description
We are looking for HR person, who will also work as IT/Technical Recruiters. The person need to independently work on fulfilling IT positions.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Managing HR process in the company
  • Managing endtoend recruitment cycle/process
  • Ensure all the recruitment is in accordance with the recruitment policy

Required Skills:


  • 1+ years of HR & IT Recruitment experience would be preferred
  • Strong sourcing skills for technical resumes through different job portals and social media platforms
  • Must have good knowledge of technical terms and research skills to source the right fit
  • Should be strong in keyword and Boolean search techniques
  • Must have excellent communication skills
  • Should be committed, selfmotivated and able to work independently with mínimal guidance

Qualification:
B.E / B.Tech / MBA (HR) or equivalent

Compensation:
Excellent salary with liberal incentives


Job Types:
Full-time, Fresher


Salary:
From ₹15,000.00 per month


Schedule:

  • Day shift
  • Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Pune , Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

Education:


  • Master's (preferred)
