As a Preschool Academic Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the academic excellence and overall educational quality of our preschool and daycare programs across all our centres in Bangalore.

Your responsibilities will encompass various aspects of curriculum management, event coordination, and academic support.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct classroom audits across preschool and daycare centers to ensure adherence to our educational standards, safety protocols, and overall quality of teaching and learning environment.
  • Evaluate and assess the effectiveness of the curriculum implementation in meeting prescribed educational objectives, developmental milestones, and individual student needs.
  • Plan and conduct trainings for teachers and support staff to enhance their skills, knowledge, and understanding of the curriculum, teaching methodologies, and child development principles.
  • Provide support to the center during events and celebrations by coordinating educational activities, preparing materials, and ensuring alignment with the curriculum and educational goals.
  • Offer academic support and guidance to teachers and students during events, ensuring that educational objectives are integrated into the event planning and execution process.
  • Collaborate with the management team to develop and implement strategies for continuous improvement in academic programs, teaching practices, and student outcomes.
  • Stay updated on best practices, research, and developments in early childhood education to inform curriculum updates and program enhancements.
  • Handle any other duties related to academic coordination and support as assigned by the management.

Qualifications and Skills:


  • Qualification in Early Childhood Education, Education, or related field.
  • Strong understanding of child development principles, early learning theories, and educational best practices.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
  • REadiness to conduct training sessions and workshops for educators.
  • Highly organized with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
  • Passionate about early childhood education and committed to promoting the holistic development of young children.

₹18, ₹20,000.00 per month
