Description
*Responsible for the provision of safe, effective, and prompt medication therapy in the hospital

  • Developing clinical pharmacy programs according to policies and regulations.
*Reviewing records of patients to determine the appropriateness of medication therapy.

  • Evaluating patient's condition to ensure all issues are being treated.
*To support the clinical wards /departments to ensure that patients receive their medication in a timely, professional and efficient manner with all the necessary practical and clinical information.

*To be responsible for ensuring the safe, appropriate and cost-effective use of medicines for patients

*Keep accurate documentation of medication plans and patient progress


Responsibilities:


- 5-8 years of work experience as a Clinical Pharmacist
Well-versed with Medical Council of India, Indian Nursing Council, Ministry of Healthcare guidelines


Salary:
₹25, ₹30,000.00 per month


Schedule:

  • Day shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Chromepet, Chennai ,

Tamil Nadu:
Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)


Experience:

- total work: 4 years (preferred)
