Responsibilities:


  • Plan and execute strategies to increase website traffic and improve user experience and conversion rates.
  • Manage and optimize digital advertising campaigns (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Ads) to ensure maximum return on investment (ROI).
  • Conduct keyword research and optimize website content for SEO.
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to assess campaign performance and make data-driven decisions to improve results.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing and propose new ideas and initiatives to enhance marketing efforts.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including graphic designers, content creators, and web developers, to ensure cohesive and effective marketing strategies.
  • Monitor and manage the company's online reputation and respond to customer inquiries and feedback on digital channels.
  • Prepare and present regular reports on digital marketing activities, performance, and ROI to management.

Requirements:


  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, communications, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in digital marketing, including hands-on experience with digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Facebook Business Manager, MailChimp).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create engaging and persuasive content.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Up-to-date knowledge of digital marketing trends, best practices, and industry standards.
  • Relevant certifications in digital marketing (e.g., Google Ads certification, HubSpot Inbound Marketing certification) are a plus.

Salary:
₹9, ₹34,217.14 per month
