ABOUT THE ROLE

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Responsible for building and executing on both a medium and long term pipelining strategy for the specific skill buckets
Regularly manage pipeline activity and maintain data integrity, and proactively share datacentric updates with internal stakeholders

REQUIREMENTS

4+ years of relevant recruiting experience with a search agency or an inhouse recruiting team
Demonstrated successful interpersonal and communication skills
Demonstrated track record of building strong working relationships with team and hiring managers
Selfstarter who can operate effectively in a fastpaced environment and navigate ambiguity independently
Experience recruiting for core business or corporate functions (Marketing, Finance, Business Analytics, etc.) is required
