Key Responsibilities

  • Manage complex calendars and schedules for the Founders and Directors, coordinating appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
  • Act as a gatekeeper, screening and managing incoming communication, inquiries, and requests, and responding on behalf of the executives when necessary.
  • Prepare and edit correspondence, presentations, reports, and other documents as required.
  • Coordinate and facilitate meetings, including agenda preparation, meeting logistics, and document distribution.
  • Attend meetings, take minutes, and compile action items for followup.
  • Handle sensitive and confidential information with utmost discretion and professionalism.
  • Assist with special projects, research, and initiatives as directed by the Founders and Directors.
  • Maintain and organize electronic and paper files, ensuring easy retrieval and accessibility.
  • Liaise with internal teams, external partners, clients, and stakeholders, representing the executives professionally.
  • Anticipate the needs of the Founders and Directors and proactively address administrative and logístical tasks.
  • Manage and reconcile expenses, ensuring accurate and timely submission of reports.
  • Handle travel arrangements, including booking flights, accommodations, and transportation.
  • Assist in coordinating events, conferences, and speaking engagements.
  • Provide general administrative support to the executive team as needed.

Qualifications and Skills:


  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, management, or a related field (preferred).
  • Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar role, supporting senior executives.
  • Strong proficiency in office software and tools, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and virtual meeting platforms.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • High level of professionalism, discretion, and integrity.
  • Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Strong problemsolving skills and a proactive approach to challenges.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work in a fastpaced environment.
  • Experience in project management and event coordination is a plus.

Salary:
₹700, ₹1,000,000.00 per year
