Roles and Responsibilities

Primary Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Oversee day-to-day school operations
Design and improvise curriculum (by closely working with our curriculum advisor)
Set learning goals for students and teachers
Monitor and report on teacher performance
Research new resources and techniques to improve teaching
Interview and hire teachers and nonteaching staff
Review and implement school policies
Provide guidance and counseling to teachers
Organize school events and assemblies
Ensure a safe and clean environment for students (e.g. implementing hygiene rules)
Attend conferences to gain knowledge on current educational trends
Educational Qualification: Master's Degree with B.ed
Skill Competencies: Previous experience as a Principal or Vice-Principal or Dean or HOD
Knowledge of school administrative processes
Attention to detail
