We are hiring Post Sales/ Jr. Project Manager.

Experience : 1-3 Years

Shift Time : 5:00 PM to 1:00 AM

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Post Sales Engineer.

The Post Sales Engineer will be responsible for providing technical support to customers, communicating effectively with clients, and assisting with sales activities.

The role will require strong customer service skills and the ability to ensure client satisfaction.


Responsibilities:

Evaluating business processes, anticipating requirements, uncovering areas for improvement, and developing and implementing solutions.

Conducting meetings and presentations to share ideas and findings.

Performing requirements analysis.

Ensuring solutions meet business needs and requirements.

Prioritizing Initiatives based on business needs and requirements.

Serving as a liaison between stakeholders and users.

Managing competing resources and priorities.


Requirements:


Managed at least 2-3 projects successfully from initiation to closure, managing the customer experience end to end, working with the IT services company delivering projects for large multi-national organizations.

Exceptional analytical and conceptual thinking skills.

The ability to influence stakeholders and work closely with them to determine acceptable solutions.

Experience with risk management, change management, Microsoft Project

Ability to run daily stand ups, manage multiple projects and priorities, balance resources across concurrent projects.

Solid understanding of technologies associated with digital projects e.g. Mobile / Web Apps.

Advanced technical skills.

Excellent documentation skills.

Fundamental analytical and conceptual thinking skills.

Experience creating detailed reports and giving presentations.

Excellent planning, organizational, and time management skills.

Experience leading and developing top performing teams.
