Description
Job role:
Center operations:
- Ensure Safety and Hygiene of students as a top priority
- Cleanliness of center at all time
- Manage daytoday activities at a preschool
- Responsible for curriculum implementation across all classes
- Monthly meeting with parents and staff to discuss students' progress
- Prepare and maintain attendance, activity, planning, accounting and records for school
Acquisition of new business:
- Accountable for conversion of new admissions
- Maintenance of attrition to mínimal percentage
Human resource management:
- Assist and supervise teaching and non teaching staff
- Training of teachers and administrative staff
- Regular evaluation of performance for teaching and non teaching staff

Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications:
- Fun loving towards children
- Patience to handle all types of enquiry of parents
- 2 years of prior experience is mandatory
- Excellent Communication and Negotiation skills
- English and Hindi speaking is a must

Salary:
₹240, ₹300,000.00 per year

Education:
- Bachelor's (preferred)
