As a cosmetic product saleswoman, your role is to promote and sell cosmetic products to customers


Your responsibilities may include:

Product Knowledge:
Developing a deep understanding of the cosmetic products you are selling, including their ingredients, benefits, and usage instructions. This knowledge will enable you to provide accurate information and recommendations to customers.

Customer Service:

Assisting customers in a friendly and professional manner, answering their questions, and providing personalized product recommendations based on their needs and preferences.

Ensuring customer satisfaction by addressing any concerns or issues they may have.

Sales Target Achievement:
Meeting or exceeding sales targets set by the company. This involves actively engaging with customers, demonstrating products, and using persuasive sales techniques to encourage purchases.

Inventory Management:
Keeping track of stock levels and ensuring that the store has an adequate supply of products. Informing the store manager or relevant department when products need to be restocked.

Visual Merchandising:
Ensuring that the cosmetic product displays are visually appealing, well-organized, and attractively presented. This involves arranging products, maintaining cleanliness, and periodically updating displays to showcase new or featured items.

Upselling and Cross-Selling:
Identifying opportunities to upsell or cross-sell additional products to customers. This involves suggesting complementary items or showcasing special promotions to increase the average transaction value.

Cash Handling:
Processing customer payments, handling cash, and using a point-of-sale system accurately. Maintaining proper documentation of sales transactions and providing receipts to customers.

It's important to note that specific roles and responsibilities may vary depending on the company, store size, and location.

Salary:
₹10, ₹15,000.00 per month
