Customer Care Executive


Responsibilities:


  • Engage in phone conversations to address customer inquiries, showcasing outstanding communication abilities.
  • Promptly and politely tackle customer concerns, with the goal of achieving comprehensive resolution.
  • Collect valuable perspectives by obtaining customer feedback, aiding our ongoing journey of improvement.

Requirements:


  • Successful completion of 12thgrade studies from an accredited educational board.
  • Proficiency in both spoken and written English, displaying a strong command of the language

Job Types:

Salary:
₹10, ₹12,000.00 per month
