Description

IT Support officer will have the following Job Description:

• Provide Technical support for clients experiencing hardware, software,

- networking issues.

• Work either onsite or via remote systems to assist with software installations,

- network failures, hardware malfunctions, and other IT related issues.

• Solving Network connectivity & internet issues.
• Printer installation & troubleshooting, printer sharing.
• Desktop/ Laptop windows installation & troubleshooting.
• Network switch / Router installation, configuration.
• Network crimping & connectivity troubleshooting.
• Center IT assests and infrastructure management.
• Conduct Programming languages classes for the youth from the communities

Salary:
₹20, ₹25,000.00 per month


Schedule:

• Fixed shift

Experience:

- total work: 3 years (required)


Ability to Commute:

• Mumbai, Maharashtra (preferred)

Ability to Relocate:

• Mumbai, Maharashtra: Relocate before starting work (preferred)
