Objectives of this role
- Meet weekly/monthly sales targets by developing a marketing strategy as a telesales executive
- Gain a deep understanding of the company's services and find gaps in the customer's lives wherein the company's services fit
- Foster strong relationships with existing and potential customers by honing the telesales executive skills such as listening, empathy and problemsolving
- Comply with the rules and regulations of the company by providing customer support as a telemarketing executive
Salary:
From ₹15,000.00 per month
