Manage team of executives handling policy servicing related requests- Interdepartmental follow up and coordination for Customer Request handling
- Meet the targets laid down by the reporting supervisor
- Follow the laid down quality/ accuracy benchmarks
- Adhere TATs to resolve requests
- Vendor Management/ Billing and Recon
- PS related communications management
- Data collation and MIS generation
- Product and System development/ UAT Key Performance Indicators:
