Gennext Strategy Advisors is currently hiring for one of the Leading Overseas Education Consultant in Mumbai.


Position:
Assistant

  • Client Services

Experience:

Must have at least 1-3 years of experience in
Educational Background.

Salary: 30k to 35k


Requirements:
preferably in the education sector.


Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, responding promptly to inquiries and providing guidance throughout their journey
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring that they receive exceptional customer service and support throughout their engagement with the consultancy
  • Collaborate with other team members to deliver a high level of customer service and ensure client satisfaction
  • Coordinate with partners, associates and university representatives to ensure clients have all the necessary documentation & information required for their abroad studies
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and activities using our CRM system, including updating client information, recording communications and tracking progress
  • Prepare & maintain reports on client activities and provide insights for improvement
  • Stay uptodate on industry trends and changes in regulations that may impact our clients

Qualifications & Skills:


  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, commerce or a related field
  • 23 years of experience in a clientfacing role, preferably in education or consulting
  • Excellent communication skills, including the ability to communicate effectively with clients and internal stakeholders
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and partners
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines
  • Strong analytical and problemsolving skills
  • Passion for the education industry and a desire to help students achieve their goals.
