Description

We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our e-commerce fulfillment center team for badminton and Tennis sports goods.

In this role, you will be responsible for generating purchase orders (POs), labeling products, and invoicing customers to ensure a seamless and efficient order fulfillment process.

• Generate purchase orders (POs) for incoming orders and maintain accurate records
• Verify that all invoices are accurate and match customer orders before sending to customers
• Monitor inventory levels and ensure that all necessary supplies are on hand for labeling and packaging products
• Label products accurately and in a timely manner to ensure prompt shipping to customers
• Collaborate with the team to resolve any issues or discrepancies in orders
• Follow all company policies and procedures to maintain a safe and organized work environment
• Assist with other tasks as needed to support the team and ensure timely order fulfillment

• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor's degree preferred
• 1+ years of experience in a similar role, ideally in a fastpaced ecommerce fulfillment center environment
• Excellent organizational and attention to detail skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a team environment and meet tight deadlines
• Basic computer skills, including experience with Microsoft Office and order management systems
