    Sr. Business Development Manager (USStaffing) (India Remote)

    We are currently seeking a Business Development Manager to join our team. This position will be focused on expanding our MSP client base through various business development initiatives. The ideal candidate must possess outstanding communication skills, a proven track record in business development, and a deep understanding of the staffing industry. It is essential that the candidate has prior experience working with US-based Staffing companies and a successful history of acquiring new MSP accounts.

    This role will report to the VP of Marketing based in the US.

    This is a full-time 40-hour per week position located in India. The candidate **MUST** be available during US business hours (EST/CST/MST/PST).

    Responsibilities:

    • Gain expertise in Stage 4 Solutions' services, processes, and systems.
    • Develop a target list of Contingent Workforce leaders in Fortune 5000 companies and MSP Providers such as Magnit Global, AgileOne, Kelly, etc.
    • Implement business development strategies involving cold/warm calls, email outreach, and social media (LinkedIn) to qualify leads and arrange appointments.
    • Meet set goals for activities (calls, emails, etc.) and appointment scheduling.
    • Provide regular reports and updates on progress.

    Requirements:

    • Minimum of 5 years of experience in business development within US-based Staffing companies reporting to a US-based manager.
    • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English.
    • Strong attention to detail, process-oriented mindset, driven to succeed, and a positive attitude.
    • Ability to quickly grasp and adapt to new systems and procedures.
    • Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems (experience with Hubspot is preferred).
    • Bachelor's degree (Master's preferred).
