- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceedregional sales targets.
- Contribute to the achievement of both individual and teamsales goals.
- Foster andmaintain robust relationships with key clients offering solutionsand prototypes that cater to their specific requirements.
- Stay informed about regional markettrends and competitor activities and be ready to adjust strategiesaccordingly.
- Utilize datatransformation AI and CRM technologies to improve sales processesand customer interactions.
- Provide periodic reports on sales performance andprojections to the National VP and the executive team
- At least 5 7 years of experience in a salesrole within the IT services and staffing industry.
- Demonstrated ability to workeffectively with IT Managers CIOs and procurement officers with ahistory of delivering tailored IT solutions.
- Strong communication negotiation andpresentation skills.
- Agood understanding of the SLED market and the ability to navigateits specific challenges and opportunities.
- Proven track record of building and maintainingstrong client relationships.
- Night Shifts (6:30 pm 3:30 am).
