Job Description for Central Team Talent Acquisition Role
Central Team.
- Responsible for achieving recruitment targets
Driving recruitment through:
- Campus recruitment
- Referral scheme (MGM)
- Consultants / Corporate Consultants
- Web Based Sources
- Training Institutes
- Job fairs
- Initiating new projects to increase sourcing through HR.
- Organize Recruitment Drives through Consultants, Job fairs,
- Empanelment of Consultants.
Payment for Resourcing
- Job fair cost negotiation, CRS and follow up with finance department for final payments.
- Formalizing and updating MGM payment tracker and forwarding the payment details to payroll department.
- Follow up with other sourcing agencies for bills due for payment.
Recruitment for Corporate Office
- Negotiating on salary offered and preparing the appointment letters.
Drive Recruitment through Regional Teams
- Driving and monitoring RHR for sourcing requirements and new initiatives to achieve departmental goal of sourcing.
Reports
- Preparing monthly and annual sourcing reports
- Preparing monthly, quarterly and annual IRS FTR reports
- Preparing consolidated web based sourcing reports
- Preparing MGM consolidated report
- Preparing MIS with hiring requirements collected and collated across the business
