Managing the Front Desk: As a front office executive, you'll be stationed at the reception area, serving as the initial point of contact for clients and visitors. Your goal is to create a
welcoming environment and provide excellent customer service.

Maintaining Visitor Records: Keeping track of visitors and maintaining accurate records is part of your responsibility.

Handling Incoming and Outgoing Communication: This involves answering phone calls and directing them to the appropriate staff members or departments. You'll also manage incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
