We are hiring for an International Voice process in Mohali***:

Provide splendid customer services to customers in a friendly and courteous manner at all times.
Adherence to quality and compliance guidelines.
Ability to take quick decisions and respond to Customer inquiries and ensuring that the Customer's Issues are attended promptly and all their concerns are resolved immediately.
Customer service background.
Able to work in 24/7 environment.

Qualification:

Graduates and Undergraduates available- (Full time Degree students not eligible only distance course students)
Other Requirements:

Strong Interpersonal, Communication and Listening Skills.
Must possess Excellent Verbal Communication.

Experience:
Freshers Eligible

Shift :
Rotational shift

Work Days: 5.5 days working with Rotational week offs.
