Invoicing

Visit customer Site understand the execution on PO and SOW basis.

Carry out billing,Maintain up-to-date billing system

Generate and send out invoices

Collections

Monitor customer account details for non-payments, delayed payments and other irregularities

Review AR aging to ensure compliance

Develop a recovery system and initiate collection efforts

Documentation

Prepare and Submit final documents along with Invoice

Maintain accounts receivable customer files and records

Customer Relations

Investigate and resolve customer queries

Maintain good repo with customers

Accounting Activities

Accounting of the collections in Tally.

Customers ledger account reconciliation.

Resolve the reconciliation discrepancies.

Reports - Accounts Receivable

Invoicing

Quantity Reconciliation to PO
Dispatch
Implementation
Invoice.

Details of Wastage Quantity - Re-work Quantity

Report on not billing Quantity - E.g. Mockup

Challenges for unable to bill - Project wise

Collections

Collection Projections
Weekly & Monthly

Comparison with Projections and Actual Collections - Notes for the successful collection ideas implemented and reasons for delay in collections.

Generate age analysis

Project wise discrepancy in Collection report

Documentation

Make a checklist for submission of final documents for each project

Follow-up and Collect the documents from dependency department at each stage.
