Responsibilities:


  • Supervise and coordinate the frontofhouse team, ensuring smooth and efficient restaurant operations.
  • Welcome and seat guests, providing them with menus and explaining daily specials.
  • Take and manage reservations, maintaining accurate records.
  • Assist in training and onboarding new staff members.
  • Handle customer inquiries and concerns in a professional manner.
  • Collaborate with the kitchen and bar staff to ensure timely and accurate service.
  • Monitor and maintain the cleanliness and organization of the dining area.
  • Uphold high standards of customer service and hospitality.

Requirements:


  • Proven experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fastpaced environment.
  • Strong leadership and problemsolving abilities.
  • Knowledge of POS systems and restaurant management software.
  • A passion for delivering outstanding customer service.
