Responsibilities:

Supervise and coordinate the frontofhouse team, ensuring smooth and efficient restaurant operations.
Welcome and seat guests, providing them with menus and explaining daily specials.
Take and manage reservations, maintaining accurate records.
Assist in training and onboarding new staff members.
Handle customer inquiries and concerns in a professional manner.
Collaborate with the kitchen and bar staff to ensure timely and accurate service.
Monitor and maintain the cleanliness and organization of the dining area.
Uphold high standards of customer service and hospitality.

Requirements:

Proven experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fastpaced environment.
Strong leadership and problemsolving abilities.
Knowledge of POS systems and restaurant management software.
A passion for delivering outstanding customer service.
