Description

• Initiate contact and negotiate terms with exhibition organizers for participation.
• Obtain quotations from exhibition organizers and present them to directors for approval.
• Finalize booth arrangements based on approved budgets and preferences.
• Coordinate logistics for exhibitions, including transportation of stock and booth setup.
• Collaborate with designers to create stall designs that align with branding and product showcases.
• Attend exhibitions alongside colleagues, managing the setup, stock inventory, and client interactions.
• Compile a comprehensive list of attendees with their contact details for followup marketing efforts.
• Upon completion of exhibitions, ensure proper stock count and logistics for returning inventory to the store.
• Continuously seek out new exhibition opportunities and explore microexhibition options in residential complexes and commercial buildings.
• Maintain a proactive approach to identifying and capitalizing on marketing and sales opportunities within the exhibition space.

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
• Proven experience in event coordination, particularly within the jewellery or lifestyle sector.
• Strong negotiation skills and the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
• Proficiency in project management and multitasking, with keen attention to detail.
• Creative thinking and a knack for designing appealing exhibition displays.
• Excellent interpersonal skills for client interaction and relationship building.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fastpaced environment.
• Flexibility to travel frequently for exhibitions across India.
• Familiarity with CRM software and database management for attendee information tracking.
• Demonstrated passion for jewellery and lifestyle products, with a keen understanding of market trends.
