Overview: TheSales Officer for Home Loans plays a vital role in identifying newbusiness opportunities and driving the growth of home loanproducts. They are responsible for developing and maintainingrelationships with customers ensuring high levels of customersatisfaction and achieving sales targets. The Sales Officer willalso provide expert advice on home loan products and guidecustomers through the applicationprocess.
Jobdescription:

• Area/Lane /Geography Mapping: Responsible for lane tolane/ Area mapping of Area/ Geography at regular intervals with thehelp of supervisor. Identify new sources in the allocatedArea/Geography and inform the progress to reporting manager duringteamhuddle.
• SourceRelationship Management: Responsible for managingthe relationship with all sources assigned and identified by him inhisgeography/area.
• MaintainReports: Responsible for maintaining reports relatedto sales and all his activities in the prescribed format. Shouldmaintain diary on daily basis in the prescribed format ofactivities.
• ChannelPartner Recruitment: Responsible for identifying theneed for appointment of a channelpartner.
• TeamHuddle: Responsible for attending team huddle on adaily basis as per the setprocess.
• CustomerRelationship Management: Responsible for enhancingthe customer experience by developing and maintaining relationshipwithcustomers.
• Completionof File: Responsible for submission of completeapplication form documentations andinformation.

Desiredcandidateprofile:

• Mustbe a graduate from anystream.
• Should haveminimum 6 months of experience in sales (Fresher can alsoapply)
• Candidates withprior experience in BFSI will have an addedadvantage.
• The job requiresextensive traveling so the candidate must be willing to travelwithin the city.
• Must have goodcommunicationskills.
