- Designing and writing test automation scripts
- Investigating problems in software as a result of testing
- Working with QA analysts and software developers to find solutions
- Create detailed, comprehensive and wellstructured test plans and test cases
- Estimate, prioritize, plan and coordinate testing activities
- Design, develop and execute automation scripts using selenium and nunit
- Identify, record, document thoroughly and track bugs
- Perform thorough regression testing when bugs are resolved
- Liaise with internal teams (e.g. developers and product managers) to identify system requirements
- Monitor debugging process results
- Monitor and Log errors recorded in the production system logs
- Track quality assurance metrics, like defect densities and open defect counts
- Stay uptodate with new testing tools and test strategies
Required Skills:
- Programming languages, such as JavaScript and Typescript
- Write automation E2E and unit test cases using Angular, Protractor, Jasmine, and Karma.
- Mathematical aptitude and strong problemsolving.
- Excellent organizational and time management.
- Accuracy and attention to detail.
- An understanding of the latest trends and their role in a commercial environment.
- Teamwork skills, because most projects require input from individuals with different roles.
- Selfdevelopment skills to keep up to date with fastchanging trends.
