Achieve assigned targets within agreed timelines while adhering to quality guidelines

Acquire in-depth knowledge of the client's products/services

Accurately log all interactions using established business processes and tools

Provide prompt, reliable, and accurate information to customers

Demonstrate the ability to identify solutions based on established processes and procedures

For non-voice profiles, a good typing speed is required.
