Roles and responsibilities:

  • Conducting market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer
needs

  • Actively seeking out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking and
social media

  • Setting up meetings with potential clients.
  • Present / demonstrate features and functionalities of the assigned products to
potential leads

  • Preparing marketing and sales strategies.
  • Preparing PPT and pitch for sales and marketing.
  • Conducting extensive research on competitors' products and services.
  • Ensuring the company meets the sales targets.
  • Negotiating Deals with the clients.
  • Gain indepth functional knowledge of assigned products
  • Follow up the assigned leads and arrange timely meetings with the prospective
clients

  • Planning and overseeing new marketing initiatives
  • Ensure timely/accurate recording, tracking and reporting of sales activities and
customer/competitive information

  • Any other roles and responsibilities as may be suggested by Department Head

Requirement:

  • Master's degree in Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
  • A resultdriven and organised individual.
  • Should be able to talk to senior management
  • Someone who is interested in software sales
  • Target Oriented and confident
  • Good oral and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Tools.
  • Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
  • Good negotiation and sales skills.
