Key responsibilities:
The key responsibility areas as a Retention Telecaller executive will be as follows:

• Contact existing churn customers through outcallin.
• MIS reporting on the daily calling status.
• P2P and not contactable repeat calling

Key SKills and Competencies:

• Should have basic computer knowledge.
• Basic knowledge MS Excel.
• Should have customer calling experience(Outbound) for atleast 1 year.
• Should have good customer convincing skills.(Soft Skills)

Salary:
₹200, ₹250,000.00 per month
