Description

Administrative Support to MD:


  • Managing the MD's calendar, scheduling appointments, and coordinating meetings.

Communication and Correspondence support to MD:

  • Liaising with internal staff, external partners, and clients on behalf of the MD.
  • Screening and prioritizing incoming communications for the MD's attention.

Meeting Coordination and Support:


  • Coordinating for meetings and preparing meeting agendas, presentations, and other materials as needed.
  • Taking meeting minutes and following up on action items.

Office Management:


  • Overseeing office supplies, equipment, and facilities management.
  • Coordinating with vendors and service providers.
  • Ensuring office policies and procedures are followed.
  • Handling adhoc administrative tasks to support the smooth operation of the office.
  • Overseeing office supplies, equipment, and facilities management.

Recruitment support:


  • Assisting with the on boarding process for new employees, including preparing workspace, equipment, and necessary documentation.
  • Managing off boarding procedures for departing employees, including equipment retrieval and access termination.

Records Management:


  • Ensure systematic recordkeeping and document storage.
  • Organizing and maintaining files, records, and documents.
  • Preparing expense reports and managing reimbursements.
  • Handling general administrative tasks such as filing, photocopying, and data entry.

Salary:
Up to ₹25,000.00 per month
