    Description


    A leading FMCG company based in Assam is looking for a candidate to join them as Area Sales Manager for Nagaon and Jorhat locations.


    Responsibilities:
    Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company sales targets in the assigned area.
    Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers while expanding the customer base.
    Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.
    Lead a team of sales representatives and provide guidance, training, and support.
    Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, and reports for management review.
    Coordinate with marketing and product development teams to drive product awareness and promotions.
    Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.


    Requirements:
    Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field or any Bachelors.
    Proven experience as a Sales Manager or similar role in the FMCG industry.
    Strong leadership and team management skills.
    Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
    Knowledge of sales strategies and market dynamics.
    Understanding of the North East region market is a plus.
    Ability to travel within the assigned area.
