1. Answering calls and resolving queries about product,services or company.


  • Interact with clients through telephonic conversation.
  • Offer clients information about products or services
  • Receiving queries of customers on IVR and telephone system and coordinating with them to close the deal and to give a proper resolution for their queries along with providing them proper quotations.
  • Advises present or prospective clients by answering incoming calls on a rotating basis, operating telephone equipment, automatic dialing systems, and different telecommunications technologies.
  • Look after unresolved and pending customer complaints and referring them to the required departments for further investigation.
  • Keeps up quality service by adhering to organization guidelines.
  • Reaching potential or existing clients to advise them about an item or administration utilizing pre-defined scripts.
  • Responding to inquiries concerning things or the organization
  • Posing questions to comprehend client necessities and close sales
  • Considering the details of each offering and staying side by the side of updates to these contributions.
  • Acquiring and updating an individual's contact details.
  • Calling active or old customers to encourage for availing the services

Requirements:


  • Proven experience as a telecalling representative or customer relationship executive specially in inbound category.
  • High school diploma; B.sc/BA will be added advantage.
  • Excellent knowledge of the English language
  • Good knowledge of computer programs like (CRM software) and other telephone systems
  • Ability to switch communication styles

Salary:
₹15, ₹25,000.00 per month

  • Nehru Place, New Delhi , Delhi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)

Experience:
