POSITION DETAILS

_ Position Summary_

Assigns daily work orders to the team for picking and kitting, ensure the work orders completed in a timely manner.

Interface with various company department to resolve issues. Stocks parts through work orders and moves to either stock, shipping or assembly. Work in a team environment meeting quality standards and working efficiency. Overtime is require at times.

Principal Activities_**- Accurately pick jobs daily per assembly/shop orders.

Kit Jobs/issue material in EPR system.
Stock parts through work orders and moves to either stock, shipping or assembly
Enters basic transactions into our ERP system and ensures accuracy of data
Material/parts stocking in warehouse locations.
Loading/unloading heavy materials/pallets with Fork Truck.
Help with stocking materials as needed.
Assures all work performed is within safety guidelines and parameters.
Investigate and resolve manufacturing work order/production part discrepancies and inventory reconciliation.
Sort and place materials on racks, shelves or in bins according to the prime location and space available
Maintain work area to ensure maintain 6s work environment.
Conducts inventories resulting from Cycle Counts & Special Requests.
Interfaces with various company departments such as cost accounting, planning, engineering, manufacturing, quality, shipping and receiving to resolve credit holds, work order issues, part changes, part issues and sales orders issues.
Uses in depth product knowledge to interpret customer requirements and specifications.
Determines methods of storage, identification, and stock location, considering temperature, humidity, height and weight limits, turnover, floor loading capacities, and required space.
Assigns daily work orders to the team for picking and kitting, ensure the work orders completed in a timely manner.
Direct Responsibilities in the absence of the Supervisor.

Job Requirements:

CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS

_ Knowledge, Skills & Abilities_

6+ years of experience in warehouse/stockroom.
ERP System Complete mastery.
EHS Awareness
Knowledge of the description of parts/product line to a proficiency of expertise.
Count Accuracy
Ability to communicate with other departments.
Supervisory Concepts

Education _**- ITI or Diploma with 5 to 8 years of experience
