Responsibilities:
Program Promotion and Diversity:
Actively promote the benefits of specific programs and courses to attract a diverse student body to the campus.
Student Guidance:
Assist students in selecting appropriate courses and extracurricular activities that align with their college and career goals.
Staying Current:
Stay updated with changes in admission processes, school programs, majors, courses, and educational and financial aid developments.
Campus Tours and Information Sessions:
Organize and conduct campus tours and information sessions to provide prospective students with insights into the institute's offerings.
Alumni Network Development:
Develop a strong and active alumni network that can contribute to recruitment efforts and engage with prospective students.
Tele caller Recruitment and Monitoring:
Recruit and oversee tele callers who will assist in outreach initiatives and provide support in the admissions process.
Required Skills:
Experience in College Admissions (preferred): Prior experience in college admissions is advantageous as it indicates familiarity with the processes and challenges.
Knowledge of Admissions and Educational Landscape: A deep understanding of college and university programs, admissions requirements, majors, and financial aid resources.
Effective Communication Skills:
Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential for interacting with students, parents, and colleagues.
Active Listening and Interpersonal Skills:
The ability to actively listen and build rapport with students and families is crucial for guiding them effectively.
Organizational and Multitasking Abilities:
Admissions counsellors need to manage multiple tasks and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
Empathy and Support:
Willingness to provide ongoing guidance and support to students during their decision-making process.
People Reading Skills:
Being able to understand the needs and preferences of different individuals to provide tailored advice.
Planning Skills:
Skill in planning events such as campus tours, information sessions, and alumni networking activities.
Diversity Promotion:
Ability to promote diversity and inclusivity in the student body through effective communication.
Salary:
₹25, ₹30,000.00 per month
