    Job Summary:

    We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Lead Generation Specialist to join our team. As a Lead Generation Specialist, you will play a key role in identifying and connecting with potential clients in the IT industry who need C2C staffing services for their projects. Your main focus will be on generating leads, nurturing relationships, and converting leads into successful partnerships.

    Key Responsibilities:
    • Lead Generation: Use various channels like cold calling, email outreach, social media, and networking events to generate leads in the IT industry.
    • Research: Carry out thorough research to find potential clients in need of C2C staffing solutions.
    • Relationship Building: Establish and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in target client organizations.
    • Needs Assessment: Understand clients' staffing requirements and project needs to provide tailored solutions.
    • Pitching and Presentations: Create and deliver compelling presentations to showcase our C2C staffing services.
    • Pipeline Management: Efficiently manage and prioritize leads to ensure a consistent flow of opportunities.
    • Collaboration: Work closely with sales and recruitment teams to align strategies for successful lead handover.
    • Market Insights: Stay updated on industry trends, market developments, and competitors to identify new opportunities.
    • Reporting: Provide regular updates on lead generation activities and progress towards targets.
    Qualifications and Skills:
    • Proven experience in lead generation or business development, preferably in the IT staffing industry.
    • Strong understanding of the C2C staffing model and experience in deploying bench resources at client sites.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients.
    • Results-oriented mindset with a history of achieving targets.
    • Great organizational skills and attention to detail.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
    • Proficiency in using CRM tools and lead generation software.
    Education and Experience:
    • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
    • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in lead generation or business development, preferably in the IT staffing industry.
