Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Parts Manager to join our team at AUTOBAHN TRUCKING CORPORATION PRIVATE LIMITED. As a Parts Manager / Executive/ Assistant/ Trainee , you will be responsible for overseeing the inventory control, stock ordering efficiency, and issue of parts against warranty. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the availability and timely delivery of parts to our customers. This is a mid-level position requiring 4 to 6 years of experience in the field.

Qualifications and Skills

4-6 years of experience in a similar role
Strong knowledge of inventory control and management
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency in using Dealer Management Systems (DMS)
Good analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to forecast parts requirements
Proven track record in generating business through service contracts
Attention to detail and accuracy
Excellent customer service skills
Ability to lead and manage a team

Roles and Responsibilities

Manage and oversee the parts department operations
Implement and maintain efficient inventory control procedures
Ensure stock ordering efficiency to meet customer demands
Handle the issue of parts against warranty and ensure proper documentation
Coordinate with the service department to fulfill parts requests
Ensure the accuracy and integrity of the parts inventory
Utilize the DMS (Dealer Management System) effectively for parts management
Analyze and forecast parts requirements based on historical data
Generate business opportunities through service contracts and promotions
Ensure speedy delivery of parts from the counter to the customers
