About the Role:


Responsibilities:

Site Inspection: Conduct regular site visits to verify construction progress and compliance with architectural drawings and specifications.

Quality Control: Implement quality control measures to ensure that construction work meets established standards and addresses any deviations promptly.

Coordination: Collaborate closely with project managers, contractors, and subcontractors to resolve issues and ensure smooth project execution.

Documentation: Prepare detailed reports documenting site observations, issues encountered, and recommended solutions.

Built Drawings: Generate accurate built drawings, including as-built plans, elevations, and sections, reflecting the actual construction conditions.

Problem-solving: Identify and address design and construction challenges effectively, proposing innovative solutions when necessary.

Compliance: Ensure that construction activities comply with relevant building codes, zoning regulations, and safety standards.

Communication: Maintain open communication channels with the design team, contractors, and other stakeholders to facilitate project coordination and resolve conflicts.


Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's degree in Architecture.
  • Professional licensure or certification preferred.
  • Proven site experience.
  • Proficiency in CAD software and other relevant architectural tools.
  • Strong understanding of construction techniques, materials, and building systems.
  • Excellent communication, organization, and problemsolving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
  • Attention to detail and commitment to delivering highquality work.

Pay:
From ₹30,000.00 per month
