seeking for skilled Receptionists and Administrative Assistant
Responsibilities - Include but are not limited to
- Telephone/Reception during designated work times
- Must be able to work under pressure and in a fastpaced environment
- Must be responsible & punctual.
- Must be able to multitask
- Coordinates appointment scheduling, calendars, and tasks lists.
- Maintain the office organizational systems including contact information, general files etc.
- Communicate and schedule appointments.
Requirements:
- Must be fluent in English.
- Experience handling confidential and/or sensitive information in a professional manner
- Capable of working in a fast paced office environment
- Willing to learn and develop their skills
- Capable of confidently communicating and assisting clients.
- Excellent verbal and interpersonal communication skills.
- Good organizational skills.
- Ability to take initiative.
- Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Outlook).
- Pay will be more for Applicant with immigration experience
- Freshers can also apply
Job Requirements:
Entry level position, at least one (1) year of administrative experience in a professional office, preferred but not required;
Experience with Microsoft Office (Word and Excel), ability to adapt to different software and programs; and
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
Education:
- Secondary School (preferred)
Experience:
- Administrative experience: 1 year (preferred)
Salary:
₹15, ₹30,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- Day shift
