We are hiring for the profile of Sales Associate/Customer Service Specialist - U.S. Shift

Responsibilities and Duties

  • Follow Up warm leads through telecom (They don't need to generate a fresh lead).
  • Manage customers/Account management.
  • Identifying the needs of the customers.
  • Developing quotes & proposals.
  • Develop sales goals & meet the requirements.
  • Negotiate & finalized sales with the customers.
  • Should be responsible to report on time to the respective manager.
  • Meet the goals.
  • Should be Updated with new cutting-edge technology.
    Qualifications and Skills
    Must have excellent communication skills.
  • Must have excellent communication skills.
    Should be graduated with a minimum of 1+ years of work experience with American Clients (mandatory)

.Must be from the US process and with sound knowledge of the US Market

  • Must have good computer knowledge.
  • Must have good computer knowledge.

Should have good convincing skills.

  • Should be comfortable with night shifts. (7:30 PM 4:30 AM)
