Description
Technical background preferred.Will be responsible to handle site activities for running the maintenance work (air conditioning system) smoothly and handling the department officials.
Must be open to relocate as position will be based out of Jabalpur.Key Responsibilities:
- Supervising Maintenance projects of HVAC (RMPU) and monitoring service team, to ensure service issues are resolved and that any site issues are promptly acted upon.
- Manpower Management & attendance
- Plan employee shifts and work schedules.
- Training the workers for their specific role.
- Responsible for timely submission of documents & billing to ensure bill payment on time.
- Ensuring that right quantity of materials/tools is available at all times Send timely requisitions of spare parts/ materials to purchase team.
- Liaisoning with Government Officials, Clients etc.
- Ensure excellent Client's satisfaction and maintain strong relationships with them.
- Prepares reports and updates for upper management.
Skills:
- Diploma / B.E.
- Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
- Must have experience in HVAC or other Railway maintenance projects
- Good Team Handling Skills& training the team
- Effective Problem Solving
Salary:
₹25, ₹30,000.00 per month
