Job Summary:
A Sales Executive is responsible for generating and nurturing leads, building and maintaining customer relationships, and closing sales deals. They play a crucial role in achieving the company's revenue targets and growth objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
Qualify leads to determine their suitability and interest in the company's products or services.
Customer Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing and potential customers.
Understand customer needs and tailor product or service offerings to meet those needs effectively.
Sales Presentations and Demonstrations:
Deliver compelling presentations and product demonstrations to educate customers on the features and benefits of the company's offerings.
Sales Negotiation:
Negotiate terms and pricing to secure profitable deals while ensuring customer satisfaction.
Address objections and concerns effectively.
Sales Closures:
Close sales deals by obtaining signed contracts or purchase orders.
Ensure all necessary documentation and paperwork are completed accurately.
Sales Reporting:
Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and opportunities in a CRM system.
Provide regular reports to management on sales performance and forecasts.
Market Research:
Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and customer preferences.
Use market insights to develop and refine sales strategies.
Sales Targets:
Meet or exceed sales quotas and targets set by the company.
Develop and execute sales plans to achieve these goals.
Product Knowledge:
Maintain a deep understanding of the company's products or services and keep up-to-date with product updates and enhancements.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (often preferred but not always required).
- Proven experience in sales, typically 25 years, depending on the company's requirements.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent negotiation and closing abilities.
- Selfmotivated and driven to achieve sales goals.
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools.
- Knowledge of the industry and market trends.
- Adaptability and the ability to work in a dynamic and competitive environment.
- Willingness to travel as needed.
Salary:
₹15, ₹30,000.00 per month
