The company provides loans to customers who are salaried, millennial and self-employed.

Day-to-day responsibilities include:
- Call prospective customers for promoting Credit and Tech products. Explaining them product features, and coordinating with product managers for setting up Product demo calls.
- Updating Customer status and profile in the portal, keeping track of the customer feedback
- Addressing customer queries, trying to resolve if any unattended issues. Capturing the customer conversation in the CRM Portal
- Communicating issues with the product or accounts team for clarification related to loan accounts
- Recording all successful and unsuccessful attempts to close sales
- Maintaining MIS as per the requirement, understanding of excel is a must.
