  • Build and nurture strong client relationships, ensuring satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Proactively initiate contact with leads provided by the company.
  • Strengthen relationships with channel partners through both in-person and phone interactions.
  • Reach out to prospective clients to identify and pursue new business prospects.
  • Conduct thorough client meetings to analyse needs and preferences.
  • Facilitate negotiations between buyers and sellers, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements.
  • Successfully close sales transactions and submit relevant documentation to sellers.
  • Embrace and embody the company's core values and objectives.
  • Provide regular sales activity reports to senior management, along with proactive sales strategies to achieve set targets.
  • Potentially manage key customer accounts, ensuring exceptional service and satisfaction.
  • Monitor, compile, and analyse sales data for reporting purposes.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in real estate sales.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge of the Noida real estate market.
  • Ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Proficient in negotiation and closing techniques.
  • Selfmotivated with a resultsdriven approach

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Salary:
₹18, ₹58,763.89 per month
