IT Support Technician - Delhi, India - Softel Computer Services Ltd

Description

• Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks
• Responding in a timely manner to service issues and requests
• Providing technical support across the company (this may be in person or over the phone)
• Repairing and replacing parts / equipment as necessary
• Should be able to repair laptops / desktops / printers / Scanners / Keyboard / Mouse and other IT Equipments. Should be able to repair motherboards of Laptops and Desktops. An inperson test will be conducted in India to verify this prior to recruiting.
• Testing new technology
• Training junior staff

• Monday to Friday
• Weekend availability

• Day shift

• Work location is in Mauritius. Should be willing to relocate. Air fare and accommodation would be given.
